Directions:
For every measuring cup (30 gr) of Bleach Powder Dust Free, depending on the bleaching effect desired, mix 60 ml of Oxidizing Emulsion Cream at 10, 20, 30 or 40 Volumes in a plastic bowl. Stir well and then using a tint brush, spread the mixture on the hair locks to be bleached. Indicative time of application (depending on the volume of peroxide being used): from 10 to 15 minutes for medium bleaching; from 15 to 30 minutes for streaks or strong bleaching.
